Don't forget tomorrow (Wednesday, October 6th) is the first Early Release Day of the school year! OHMS students will dismiss at 11:30am and elementary students will dismiss at noon. No attendance for PM PreK.
Oly West 2nd graders are exploring the spellings and meanings of words during Word Work time. These strategies help patterns and words move into long-term memory storage helping our learners become stronger readers, spellers, and writers. Great work, Spartans!
Intermediate Algebra students have been learning how to program using the TI Calculators and the TI Rovers. Students were challenged to create a program that would draw a triangle, draw a rectangle, and drive the rover as close as they can without hitting the bat. #SpartanMathematicians

The coveted “Gourd Awards,” given for running an “out of your mind” type of race, were given to Cooper Phillips and Amelia Kistner. Awesome work ladies and gents!
