Olympia West students had the privilege of being visited by the Mobile Dairy Classroom this morning. They learned about dairy cows, the milking process, how milk gets from farms to consumers, and healthy food habits. Students learned about this by watching a milking demonstration with Louise the cow. Thank you to Southwest Dairy Farmers and St. Louis Dairy Council for the experience!

Property Tax Stability: How will this happen? Approximately 35% of purchases in McLean County are made by people who do not live here. This means non-property owners and visitors will help fund local schools, easing the burden on property tax payers. This funding source provides additional revenue to schools to reduce the reliance on property taxes.
