Dear Families,

We are updating the procedure for managing your student's transportation information. The details we require remain the same, but the location for sharing and updating them has changed: all transportation details will now be shared and managed via a new Online Form in Skyward Family Access.

This form will capture essential information, including your student's Level of Transportation, any Alternate Pickup or Dropoff Locations, and any Additional Transportation Details necessary for the school year.

To ensure we have the most accurate information, we ask that you fill out this form at the end of the school year to update details for the following year.

All information from last year's Online Registration has been imported into this form for your children. If this information is not going to change for the following school year, you can simply review the data using the steps below and do not need to fill out the form again. The form is intended for first time students and when changes to transportation details occur.

The new form will become available on May 21st and notifications will be sent out via Skyward as a reminder. While this is the primary update time, you are welcome to fill out the form anytime during the year to update your information as needed. This form will be referenced during the online registration process, and this is the best time for new families to share this information.

To view your current transportation details, simply log into Family Access and navigate to Menu > Transportation > “Level of Transport & Alt Locations”. To access the online form for updates, look for the tile named “Transportation Details” on your Family Access home screen.
