Another full sweep on the road tonight at Porta to cap off a huge week for our Lady Spartans! Varsity came out on fire and played some of the best volleyball we’ve seen all season — energy, execution, and teamwork were top-notch from start to finish. JV battled through a 3-set thriller, showing grit and determination to pull off the win with some great serving and awesome net play! Freshman showed great energy and teamwork on the court, keeping the momentum rolling across all levels! Proud of all three teams for their hustle, heart, and how they continue to represent our program!

🍀It’s National 4-H Week! 🍀 The Olympia Transition Program, which is part of the Olympia Hunger Ambassadors, volunteered at the Stanford Food Pantry today! Our students worked hard unloading, sorting, and organizing food donations to support families in our community. We’re so thankful for our ongoing partnership & for opportunities like this that let our students give back, build job skills, and make a difference! 💚

Our Varsity Lady Spartans battled through a very competitive Pekin Invitational today, going toe-to-toe with some tough programs and forcing an exciting three-set match against Moline High School!    A huge shoutout to Palmer Scheets, who was voted to the All-Tournament Team by coaches from other schools in our pool — an awesome recognition of her hard work and leadership on the court!   Proud of the way this team continues to compete and grow each week. Can’t wait to see what’s ahead for the Lady Spartans as we enter the last few weeks of our regular season!

A scorching Saturday at Detweiller for the Peoria High Invitational, a perfect state meet practice! Even with a slim crew, our athletes showed up and left it all on the course. A massive congratulations to Mira, not only did she smash her PR, running an incredible 19:14, but she also placed 20th overall in the competitive 1A/2A girls race! Huge shout-out to all our runners who absolutely shattered their personal bests, joining Mira in achieving PR’s: • Natalie crushing it at 22:41! • Graham Walters dropping to an 18:26! The competition was in attendance and definitely pushed us to a new level, Detweiller is a great PR course. So proud of the heart and grit shown today
