Daily Announcements

Good Morning, Olympia Middle School

Today is Friday February 24th, 2017

Today’s announcements are:

Attention Olympia Spartans: Do you want to make a positive impact on the environment, starting right here at Olympia?  The 7th grade team is selling reusable Olympia water bottles to promote the idea of reducing your carbon footprint, all while raising money for Welcome Home Haiti, an organization from Bloomington-Normal who works to get clean water to families who need it in Haiti.  See your Advisory teacher or Mrs. Hembra in G26 to get an order form.  Water bottles are $5 and orders are due by this Friday, February 24th.  Thanks for taking a small step towards making a big difference!

Love Art?  You should join the Art Club!  Art Club is starting up again this March.  Come and get a permission slip from Mrs. Ratliff’s room and return it to her by Friday March 3rd.  Due to large numbers last year, Mrs. Ratliff is limiting the amount of members to the first 30 who turn in slips, so get them turned in fast!  We will meet every other Tuesday starting March 7th.

Please check the lost and found in the main hallway.

Happy Birthday this weekend Elijah Smith.

Lunch today is:
Chicken Strip Wrap
OR
Sausage Pizza

Broccoli Salad
Romaine/Spinach Salad
Fruit, Water, Juice, or Milk

Have a Fabulous Friday!
